Chamber Annual Golf Outing

Traditionally, one of the most popular events of the year, this year's event did not disappoint, attracting all ages of golfers from the major organisations in the North West and further afield. The tournament gave local business owners, managers and staff the opportunity to network with fellow Chamber of Commerce members in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. We would like to thank Main Event Sponsor Bank of Ireland, Team Challenge Sponsor Ramda Da Vinci's and all those member companies that contributed through prize donation and tee box sponsorship.

25th June 2008, City Hotel, Queens Quay, Derry, 8.00 am - 9.30 am.

Chamber in association with Communication Partner BT are delighted to host this joint event with renowned motivational speaker Will McKee & Will Winchester Cisco Systems.

This is a free breakfast event for SME's & Business Leaders in the region. This is an excellent opportunity to be inspired & motivated by such a world class speaker.

Will McKee - Forty years' personal experience has taught Will McKee that running a company can be a perilous undertaking and that, in addition to its sometime rewards, it can result in horrendous worry for the risk-taking entrepreneur. So Will has created a simple, real-life-based model that clearly articulates leadership - in terms of vision, team-building, selling, managing and innovation - around the goal of stellar growth. His new business book STAR is written specifically for executive managers, directors, CEOs and non-executive directors of the SME companies that employ 56% of the people in Ireland and the UK and represent 99% of the businesses in these islands. http://www.willmckee.ie/

In today's global economy there is the increasing importance of horizontal, collaborative relationships between employees, customers and business partners. Jim Winchester from Cisco Systems will address the key business challenges that many companies face and demonstrate how deploying a Unified Communications solution can reduce costs, improve team working, drive employee productivity, and increase overall operational efficiency.

Attendees will receive a FREE copy of Will's new book STAR
