Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 Award in First Line Management
The ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management aims to give practising or potential supervisors and First Line Managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing basic management skills and assisting participants in gaining the basic knowledge required at this level.
Learners are required to complete a total of 34 hours of training. This will be held in the evenings from 5.00pm till 9.00pm over 9 weeks. This means time away from the workplace is kept to a minimum.
Participants will learn about leadership, building teams, personal organisation, communicating with individuals and teams, motivation, delegation, problem solving, leading change and managing performance.
We also run the course through distance or on-line learning.
