Experience the City's own Café Culture

The Continental Market will arrive in our city the weekend before Halloween, and with it comes our very own European Café Culture. Café Culture is a way of life, complementing existing evening economy offerings, such as bars and restaurants, and is enjoyed by many all across Europe and beyond. How often have we all craved an intimate little place in which to sit over a bottle of wine with friends or loved ones or to enjoy ambience and good conversation with interesting people? How often have we wished that we could walk through our city centre on a crisp autumn evening and browse in our wide variety of shops? Well now we can. Supported by Chamber, City Centre Initiative and Derry City Council, a group of dedicated, forward thinking local business people have come together to begin the lifestyle revolution that will change our city in years to come. With so many new developments happening and excitement in the air, isn't it time we are able to enjoy our city centre whenever we want?

The following businesses will open till late from Thursday 25 October till Saturday 27 October. Call in, soak up the ambience and experience a side to our city that we haven't seen before.

The Streat 'Treat After Dark' - open till 8pm Thursday 25 - Saturday 27 October. Come along to our 'French Society' evening on Thursday 26 to meet new people and learn or practise some French!
