BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION PROCEDURES

Chamber events MUST be paid for in advance. NO EXCEPTIONS

All Chamber events are on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

How to book and pay for a Chamber event:-

  • 1. ONLINE - by visiting www.londonderrychamber.co.uk/events and use the online booking & payment system.
  • 2. BY EMAIL - send details to events@londonderrychamber.co.uk, a member of the Chamber team will be in contact to arrange payment via debit/credit card or cheque.
  • 3. BY TELEPHONE - contact any member of the Chamber team on 02871 262379 and pay using debit/credit card system or by cheque.

You will receive an email from the Events team to confirm that the place(s) requested have been held but the confirmation will only be complete when payment has been received in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless Chamber receives written notice of cancellations five working days prior to the event, paid bookings cannot be refunded, and provisional bookings will be invoiced.

Any cancellations made up to 5 days before the event will result in a 100% refund.  An absence attendance to a booked event will mean no refund and full charges will be incurred.

ANNUAL DINNER & GOLF

Due to the popularity of these events the cut-off period for cancellations is 4 weeks after which no refunds will be given.
