A4e began delivering employment and skills training in Northern Ireland in May 2007. We have over twenty years experience of delivering public services that make an impact, helping people to gain new skills, return to employment and realise their potential. We are currently contracted to deliver the Training for Success Programme both Job Ready and Apprenticeships at level 2 and 3. The apprenticeship strand is open to all young people aged 16-24 who meet the entry requirements and are already in full-time paid employment or about to take up full-time paid employment with a Northern Ireland based company.
