Dialogic (NI) was formed in April 2001 as a Distributor for O2. Dialogic (NI) Ltd evolved from the Retail outlets of Phoneworld (NI) Ltd, established by Richard Craig.

Richard has been in the Telecoms Business since 1996 and in his role as a Distributor has been instrumental in the development of the O2 network in Northern Ireland and the UK.

Located in N Ireland, the company offers a service covering all Communication needs, from Office systems to mobile telephony.

The company now offers solutions involving four mobile networks, O2 landline and mobile broadband, their traditional landline offering and ‘pure VOIP systems’.

The company is particularly pleased to be involved in the Digital Revolution of the traditional analogue landline phone system with the introduction of the IP Genie system – a pure broadband unified communications platform (UCP)..
