In 1946 The Company was started by Mr. James Young at Premises in John Street

In 1968 Mr. Ian Young became Managing Director

In 1973 it was decided to move to larger premises in Duke Street to enable The Company to buy material in bulk, thus becoming more competitive.

In 1986 The Company started a small Electrical Wholesale Business to cater for the small domestic contractor, this has proved to be very successful, therefore there obviously was a need for same.
