Lermagh was founded in March 1997 by brothers Kevin and Seamus Breslin, as a multi-disciplinary design consultancy. From that date we have attracted a wide variety of clients offering a myriad range of services. Some of our larger clients have included British Telecommunications (BT), Singapore Telecom, and Pramerica, however, the company has always prided itself on meeting the demands of smaller clients and organisations within the public sector. Our list of clients bears this out, with a very high retention rate of public sector organisations, particularly charities and health related bodies.

Our primary aim is to instil creativity and life into our clients communications and corporate cultures. To achieve this our staff seek to develop strong relationships with clients and become aware of their customers and markets. We not only endeavour to execute our solutions to the highest of standards but also to be sensitive to time and budgetary constraints where they exist. Above all, our designs work for our clients - anything else simply isn't acceptable.

• Inhouse capabilities. We know of no other design company in Ireland capable of carrying out all its own design work completely inhouse for print, the Internet, video etc, through professional designers and production staff. From concept, through to proofing, production and finishing; it's all handled inhouse. We have full inhouse exhibition print and finishing, video/DVD production, digital print; all this technology has been acquired to complement and fully support the delivery of excellent design solutions that meet clients' needs.

• Working Practices. We have been involved in the development of brands and related material at the highest level for many years, with international clients ranging from BT and Singapore Telecom to more local organisations like the North Western Health Board and Belfast City Council; we believe our methodology and working practices offer clients a 'smooth' path to reaching their goals, on time and within budget. All our processes are very client focused and goal orientated. This is very much crucial on larger projects, where it can be quite easy for those involved to 'take their eye off the ball."

• Cost Effectiveness. Because we are able to create the majority of projects inhouse, we are simply a more cost effective solution for our clients. No high percentage markups are passed on for third party production expenses - and when we're talking about constant proofing of ideas, popup displays and banner stands, markups on same can total a substantial sum. • Staff. Yes, we have all the latest in digital technology, from computers and related software to large format printers and finishing equipment. But our staff are what makes Lermagh successful. All our clients know that we are capable of working to tight deadlines, of creating excellent design solutions and within budgetary constraints. They find our staff helpful, courteous and competent (we've asked them). So many comment on our working environment - it is relaxed but diligent. Clients enjoy coming to Lermagh for meetings - they know where the kettle is, where the biscuits are. It's all work, but it's fun too.
