Membership Protocols
As a member of Chamber of Commerce in Derry your company accepts that your business will join with all of our members to help this chamber to achieve our collective goal.

The Chamber's vision is to be the heartbeat of a confident, competitive and innovative region.

Our central purpose is to serve members' best interests as the respected business voice of the North West. We will do this by Influencing decisions through positive lobbying for the development of the region; by providing networking opportunities, information, advice and guidance for members.

This Chamber has strong values and we endeavour to carry out our day to day operations and interactions by adhering closely to these values. We would ask our members to also uphold and promote the Chamber values:

We call this the RIPPLE effect. This Chamber believes that if our members adopt the principles of this eminent Chamber the combined commitment to these values will act as a catalyst and help us drive forward the economic & social development of this region.

Membership: Membership of The Londonderry Chamber is open to all Businesses.

  • To Pay your Subscription and Event Fees on Time
  • To Participate in Chamber Events whenever you can
  • To Engage with Chamber Officers & Staff on ideas/issues that relate to your business sector

Growing your own business

Chamber has a number of copies of the "Growing your Own Business" Workbook, issued by Intertrade Ireland and Equity Network. The Workbook takes a practical , exercise-driven approach to the development and implementation of strategy by owner managers and their management teams. It is aimed at small business with less than 30 employees. Contact Chamber if you would like a copy.
