Local Project Management Company Selected to Represent Fairtrade International in Delivery of Global

Derry-based IT programme and project management specialists Alaris Consulting Limited have been selected by Fairtrade International to act as client-side representatives in the management and delivery of their global Client Relationship Management System and Information Management System. The award was made following a Europe-wide competition to find the company with the all-round capabilities, competence and skill set considered essential to represent the client and ensure success in delivery of this complex and demanding programme. Alaris was selected due to their experience in representing clients' interests in the delivery of technically challenging programmes and projects and their ability to translate the technical demands of such programmes into terms understandable by clients whose specialisms and main business are focussed in areas other than IT.

Delivery of such IT programmes has allowed companies like Fairtrade to realise benefits and make significant savings through analysis of their outputs and rationalisation of their supply chains.

In order to deliver this programme, Alaris Consulting Limited staff will be based at the Fairtrade International offices in Bonn, Germany, thereby ensuring that Fairtrade can reap the full benefits of on-site specialists.

Alaris Consulting Limited has been highly successful in both the direct delivery of complex programmes and projects and, in recent years, has represented many clients in the delivery of complex enhancements and installations of IT systems and processes.
