Foyle Skills & Education Cluster (FOSEC) is an exciting and innovative initiative which was set up in November 1999. It is an employer led, activity driven partnership. This organisation works with key partners to improve the co-ordination and delivery of business education links in the Derry City Council area.
Initially the Cluster will deliver its objectives via specific programmes, but paramount to its long term success is the adaptation of its initiatives to changing educational needs. A principal focus will be to encourage co-ordination and partnership involvement from both local and national agencies involved in delivering education programmes. FOSEC's currently runs the following programmes:

It brings together in local partnership senior figures from the world of employment and education to develop and deliver quality programmes of activity to enhance student employability and increase the attractiveness of the North West as an investment location.
