Carol Kelly

Business Operations Manager

Carol has responsibility for the efficient day to day operation of the Chamber. She is responsible for all member services including Financial Management. She participates in planning and budgeting initiatives in addition to problem solving. Carol oversees areas such as personnel, finances, event management, marketing and our Export documentation service.

Carol’s exceptional organisational ability is extremely important when operating in a busy environment such as the Chamber of Commerce .

Mairead Reid

Business Development Executive

Mairead’s role is to recruit new members to the Chamber. Her natural ability to build relationships allows her to engage with potential members and demonstrate just how they can benefit from being part of the Chamber. She builds lasting relationships and ensures that members integrate into the Chamber’s network and continue to derive benefits from the being part of the organisation.

Her ability to help businesses fulfill long term aspirations is crucial in ensuring that Londonderry Chamber retains its members. Her focus is on creating connections and making sure members optimize all the opportunities that the Chamber provides.

Mairead also looks after advertising for CONNECTED, the magazine of Londonderry Chamber of Commerce.

Lorraine Allen

Events Manager

Lorraine ensures the Chamber’s calendar of events provide substantial networking opportunities and benefits to our members. Planning events from concept to delivery, Lorraine liaises with sponsors, venues and suppliers. Her professionalism in the field of events management mean that Chamber events are delivered to the highest standard.

Padraig Mallett

Communications & Events

Padraig is responsible for marketing Chamber services and products, manages our social media accounts and the Chamber website.

He has a background in journalism and digital marketing and previously worked with an award-winning digital agency in London, providing content and digital services for renowned Corporate clients and SME’s alike.

Caroline Murphy

Accounts Administrator

Caroline is responsible for making sure our sales and purchase ledger are taken care of in a timely manner. Caroline will often have to contact members and suppliers to achieve these tasks.
