We will hear from Paul McElvaney about Learning Pool’s experience of engaging a NED and also from Dr Bryan Keating, who will speak from from his own perspective as that Non-Executive Director: the process and the benefits, also including how by doing so, this helped to realise the company’s ambitions. We will also hear from the experts, Kirsty McManus of Institute of Directors NI and Susan Nightingale from British Business Bank, providing the answers to all your questions.

Paul McElvaney
